Keith's passion for employee benefits began early in his career, where he saw the profound impact that well-designed benefit programs could have on the lives of employees and their families. This passion led him to continuously seek advanced knowledge and certifications in the field, ensuring he could provide the highest level of expertise to his clients. His journey through the benefits landscape has been marked by a dedication to innovation, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the evolving needs of the modern workforce.

Before joining Chronicle, Keith served as the Director of Business Development at AGA Benefit Solutions and spent 15 years at PPI Benefits developing new group benefit modernization strategies for more than 500 clients. Keith also worked with national insurers specializing in employee benefits concepts, collaborating with financial advisors and their clients.

Keith became a Registered Nurse in 1987. He earned his Certified Health Specialist designation in 2005, the Group Benefits Associate designation in 2018, and the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation in 2020.

Keith has a background in pediatric nursing, having managed diabetic summer camps for children, escorted terminally ill children through a wish foundation, and received a class award for his work in the field. He has also been actively involved in sports, serving as captain of his college soccer team and being named MVP of his high school football team. Keith lives in the beaches region of Toronto with his partner Carroll and their two daughters, where they enjoy hiking, kayaking, and biking within their community.
